Mechanical Requirements
Camera ready
art is acceptable, although electronic art is preferred.
Four-color negatives
are required for full-color ads. 133 line screen minimum; 150 maximum. Color
match proofs required with negatives.

: Offset.

Bleed negative size:
8-5/8" x 11-1/4"
Publication:
Third Saturday of the month.

Classified
Line ads:
$75 for 20 words or
less; $5 for each additional 10 words or part thereof. All ads must be
submitted in writing four

Box numbers

Medical Society of any company or its products. Advertiser and agency warrant
that they are authorized and entitled to advertise copy
furnished; and hereby agree to indemnify and hold the publisher harmless
against all claims, demands, damages, liabilities, and costs
including counsel fees, arising out of or in any way caused by or connected
