Employment Contract Review

The Allegheny County Medical Society, in collaboration with Michael A. Cassidy, Esquire, Chair of the Healthcare Practice Group for the Pittsburgh law firm Tucker Arensberg, is pleased to announce a special program for residents and fellows evaluating employment contracts.

Mr. Cassidy will review and offer individualized advice on employment contracts for an inclusive price of $750 for members of the Society. This review will include:

Restrictive covenant/Non-Competition issues

If you are not currently a member of the Society, Mr. Cassidy has agreed to pay the first years membership dues for you as a resident or fellow from the $750 fee so that you may enjoy the information and benefits available to Society members.

Mr. Cassidy has been named one of the "The Best Lawyers in America 2009" in the Health Law Category, and has served as Chair of the Medical Staff, Physician, and Credentialing and Peer Review Practice Group for the American Health Lawyers Association. He has spoken and written extensively on health law matters and is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Institutes Health Law Advisory Committee.
