On Sept. 9, Rep. Mike Turzai (R-Allegheny)
was honored with the Pennsylvania Academy of Ophthalmology’s 2010
Community Service Award. The award is given to individuals who make
significant contributions to promoting quality medical eye care,
promoting and enhancing vision research and enhancing vision research,
or who has made significant contributions toward the vision care of
Pennsylvanians.
