Doctors and health providers under contract with Pittsburgh’s Highmark Inc. have been notified that their personal information, including Social Security numbers or tax identification numbers, may have been compromised when a laptop computer containing sensitive data was stolen from a Blue Cross-Blue Shield Association employee.
