The advertiser agrees that all advertising and copy shall be subject to the approval of the ACMS or its representatives. Publisher reserves the right to exclude any advertisement. The acceptance or rejection of any advertisement does not imply the endorsement or lack or endorsement by the Society of any company or its products. Advertiser and agency warrant that they are authorized and entitled to advertise copy furnished; and hereby agree to indemnify and hold the publisher harmless against all claims, demands, damages, liabilities, and costs including counsel fees, arising out of or in any way caused by or connected with the publishing of the advertising copy furnished by the advertiser.
