workers’ compensation Proposal for Reform
The Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and Industry
has proposed changes to the workers’ compensation fee schedule.
The Allegheny County and Pennsylvania Medical Society oppose efforts to lower that fee schedule.
Additional information will be forthcoming as we coordinate our response to these proposed changes.
