The application deadline was September 15, 2026. Applications are now being reviewed by the ACMS Foundation.
What happens next?
- Foundation Board decision: October 21, 2026
- Applicants will be notified: By the end of October 2026
- Grant funds distributed: By November 30, 2026
Applicants do not need to submit anything else at this time unless ACMS Foundation staff contacts them with a question or request for clarification.

About ACMS Foundation Grants
The ACMS Foundation supports programs that improve health and well-being in Allegheny County. For the 2026–2027 cycle, funding priorities include physical and behavioral health, social determinants of health, access to care, reducing health disparities, and programs that serve vulnerable or underserved populations.
Applications are reviewed based on:
- connection to the Foundation’s mission
- benefit to Allegheny County residents
- community need
- a clear and realistic program plan
- measurable outcomes
- the organization’s ability to carry out the work
- responsible use of grant funds
- long-term sustainability
Collaboration Grant applicants are also reviewed on the strength of the partnership and the role each organization will play.
