This year, we’re back in person!  After five years of virtual learning, we are thrilled to reconvene for the 34^th Annual Clinical Update in Geriatric Medicine—an energizing opportunity to reconnect, share best practices, and learn together through the Age-Friendly 5Ms framework: Medication, Mentation, Mobility, Multicomplexity, and What Matters Most. The fastest growing segment of the population comprises individuals over the age of 85. The purpose of our annual conference is to provide an evidence-based approach to help clinicians take exceptional care of these often frail individuals.
