The BULLETIN
of the Allegheny County Medical Society, established in 1911, presents
local, regional, and national information of concern to physicians.
Editorials and features deal with issues pertaining to physicians,
their practice, and health care in the Greater Pittsburgh area.
Regular departments
include news from the
Allegheny County Medical Society, the Pennsylvania Medical Society, the
American Medical Association, and various medical specialty societies;
pharmaceutical information; legal, legislative, and practice management
updates; colleague achievements; events and community resource
listings; medical news compilations; and more.
Circulation
BULLETIN
reaches over 2,800 physician members
of the Allegheny County Medical Society. The magazine is also
distributed to hospitals, health care administrators, and members of
the Management Professionals in Health Care (MPHC) Pittsburgh chapter,
and medical societies throughout the nation.
Total
distribution: 3,000.
NOTE: Certain issues enjoy an expanded circulation to approximately
1000 additional physicians.
